AC works intermittently

New A/C compressor, dryer, lines, filter changed three times. A/C works thirty to forty minutes stops, then will only blow in lowest setting. Turn off, leave set for long period, sometimes a day or longer then will work correctly for a while then shuts off and blows in lowest letting repeating it self if at all. When working correctly blows cold air at low speed to high speed.
