Hello, when I turn on my car A/C, it starts cooling immediately but once the cooling is cut or delayed by the evaporator, it takes about 15 minutes to 20 minutes before it starts cooling again. Thanks

I am not sure what you mean by it is cut by the evaporator. Do you know that there is something wrong with the evaporator that is causing this?

This sounds like you have moisture in the system, or the evaporator is freezing and it is cutting off the compressor so that it will thaw and then it starts again.

So, we need to start with finding out what the pressure is before the compressor is cut off.

Here is a guide that will help with this:

So, let's start with getting the pressure and then we will know what direction to go.

I attached a chart below that will help with determining the cause based on pressure.

Thanks
