My A/C not working

Hello, I'm trying to help my elderly friends truck A/C problem. It works real good blowing cold air, then after a while it starts to blow warm air. This happen at random times. I put the gauges on and at 92 outside time, A/C clutch is engaged, low side is 100 psi and the high side is at 242 psi, engine is at ideal, A/C set at max and fan speed on high. Any thoughts?

Thanks Roy for your reply and information. Will give this a try and let you know after the system is vacuum out and recharged. Question, since I'm only changing out the orifice tube and the filter dryer should I only add 2oz of oil to the filter dryer?

Yes, do add that. Add it to the dryer before installing.
