Engine shuts off accelerating or coming to a stop when the A/C is on

A coolant fan code came up on my vehicle. If I have my A/C on and I apply the accelerator my car will shut off, if I come to a stop with my A/C on my car will shut off. No one knows what is wrong. Please help me.

This sounds like the you have a dirty throttle bore. here is a guide to help you service the unit make sure you disconnect the battery before you begin:
