I have an actuator that runs continuously regardless if system Is on. Hard to tell which actuator is making the sound, but my guess is something is broken or stripped making this actuator run ALL the time. Its like it cycles then reaches the end of travel, makes a CLICK sound, then starts over. I can make a video if needed.

Yes, a video will help, then you need to put you hand on the actuator to confirm which one is making the noise, please go over this guide which will help you with the repair.

You need to give the video time or do a shorter video, they are large files, it can be any of the actuators, did you look at the guide I sent?

Tomorrow I'm going to climb under and see if it's the blend/mode door actuator making the noise.

Is it ticking? If so this is most likely the blend door actuator, let me know.

It is in the center of the hvac box on the top. Do you have a diagram/location of the actuators in that location? Thanks

Hello Ken, Sorry I just crawled under and verified that the Blend Door Actuator ISN'T the one making noise. As I stated it's an actuator in the middle of the hvac box on top. Noise is from that area behind the glove box. Any ideas which actuator that one is? Thanks.

It sounds like the mode actuator which is on top of the HVAC plenum. Please use the gauge above and scroll down to the bottom it shows the location of the actuator so you can double check if that is the one making noise. Please let us know what happens.
