AC/heater blows hot

When I start up the truck the A/C blows cold both sides. After five minutes the heat comes on. I can restart the engine and everything is fine (cold air) but five to ten miles later, same thing happens. This was a recall item and has been serviced before.

I believe you are referencing TSB No: 04-01-38-008. About the HVAC wiring harness rubbing on the brace behind the dash. To check if this is your issue now, you empty the glove box out, then fold it down after releasing the stops. The harness is to the left. If it has worn through again it can be repaired.
If you find that isn't the issue then it may be a faulty control head. To test that you need an OEM level scan tool to run the tests.
