HVAC air not blowing through the vents properly

There is hardly any air coming from vents, can hear the fan motor running but there is hardly any air coming out of vents.

This could be a number of issues so we need to start eliminating them. First we need to check each position, the floor, vents, and defrost and see if the air is coming out of any vents. If not, do you feel the air when the vehicle is moving or can you feel this small amount of air at any time?

Then we need to find out if the blower is actually putting out any air or if there is an obstruction or some other issue with it. You do it by putting 12 volts to the fan which will put it on high and you should be able to ensure it is operating properly.
