Okay, I took the car to ford to get the ac evacuated and recharged. They alerted me to an issue with the condenser; it had a leak and had to be replaced. I paid to replace it. A week later I took it back to Ford because there was zero air flow in the front vents, but the rear was working normally. They informed me that the cabin air vent was clogged and needed replacing. I questioned this as it wouldn't suddenly stop blowing due to that it would have been gradual. A week later we got in the car and the ac was blowing hot air through the rear and when it was off if I was increasing driving speed air would blow through the vents for 10 to 20 seconds, and when accelerating the cars ac fan speed would decrease but only if the cars max A/C button was pressed or the cabin air recirculator button was on. I took it back to ford and they told me the fresh air inlet door
was stuck open and the part needed to be replaced. I agreed to do this, and it took them a week to get it fixed. When I received the car back it was blowing cold air everywhere and seemed to be working correctly. However, when you accelerated with the max ac button on or the recirculator button was on the fan speed would slow to nothing still. That night we got a horrible thunderstorm and apparently, they didn't get the hood cowl put back on correctly and water went down through the ac system destroying the blower motor and the blower motor resister. We took it back to Ford and they had to replace both of these, and their mechanic has admitted fault. They gave us the car back and said that the fan speed slowing is normal which it never did this before and I'm having trouble believing this. Can someone explain why it's still doing this I'm so frustrated with this. And it didn't have these problems until ford got ahold of it.

Wow, that a good one. so the "fan speed slowing" does this happen after a long drive or all the time? It makes a big difference. Please go over this guide to help understand the problem.

It can be the blower is of heating due to a bad connection or the AC evaporator is icing up dues to low refrigerant. Please go over this guide and get back to us.

So the fan speed dropping is constant it will do it just after startup. And every time it's over 4,000 RPMs. The blower motor the resistor and the condenser were all replaced as well as the fresh air inlet box. None of the issues I've had started until after I let ford have it to recharge the A/C.

As for the A/C refrigerant it was just replaced, and I had them check the refrigerant levels again.

Okay, the fact that the system start having issues at 4000 rpm is telling us the alternator can be throwing AC voltage. Let test it using a voltmeter set to AC voltage and rev the engine to see if any is generated, here is a guide to help.

So I didn't include this in the comments but we had taken the car to AutoZone about 4 months ago and had the alternator and battery tested because we had to jump start it they tested the batter which was dead so we replaced that and had the alternator tested and the voltage was reading correct.

I'm sorry it seems like I'm answering questions very quickly, but we've had to do so much to this thing in fixes that I've exhausted my brain on what could be wrong with it feel like I'm talking myself through circles. Today I was researching that maybe the throttle was messed up and telling the engine it needs more power, but it isn't idling weird fuel mileage is normal no check engine lights. This car is stressing us out so bad I've debated selling it and getting a bicycle.

We even thought for a moment that the dash cam we had installed may have started causing issues, but it's been working normal, and it's wired in and has been on it for 2 years since we bought it so I don't see that causing the trouble.

Can you upload short video of the problem? It sounds like you have several problems so I need to see it for myself to help.
