A/C does not work at all

It just blows hot air, it does not work at anytime. I checked the relay the fuse the fan seems to be working. I also used Freon and pressure is where it's supposed to be. What could it be?

Good evening,

What are the high and low side pressures?

Does the compressor engage when you turn on the AC?

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. Check the fuse I listed and circled for power on both sides of the fuse.

Remove the relay and test the 4 terminals. 2 terminals should have power with the key on.
