Just bought this three weeks ago. I knew the AC was troubled. Ford said they serviced it the day before but it is the same then as now.
At engine operating temperature or not, the AC will blow really cold air for almost one minute then goes warm. No other changes are noticed in the operation.
I have not begun any troubleshooting. Ford will diagnose the system for $95.00.

Hello,

When the system is not working is the compressor clutch turning? Here is a guide that will help you in the right direction.

Okay nice work, not with the system running can you grab a hold of the larger AC tube coming from the firewall and back into the compressor to see if it is cold?

Please let us know what you find.

Sorry guys (gals) Ran late last night and today I had an appointment after work with my local FORD service tech to run diagnostics.
Known him for 9 years. I can write back and tell you what they found. Thanks a bunch I just ran out of time on this project.
