Can I bypass my ac pulley, and what belt will I need

Possibly, but it depends on which Sebring you have as to which engine you have in terms of how you can do it. That is because the Sebring versions are not the same and use different engines. The 2 door coupe is actually a Mitsubishi Eclipse wearing Chrysler clothes while the 4 door and convertible are built on Chrysler designs. Attached are the different belt diagrams, the first is the coupe, note it shows both versions with and without AC, To bypass on it you need the tensioner, idler pulley and belt for a non-ac car. You then remove the current parts, install the new ones and the AC is out of the loop. The second image is the 4 door and convertible belt, it should be able to bypass it by using a shorter belt using the red path instead of around the AC.
