A/C compressor is always on

Seems to cycle properly, but I do not have the A/C button pushed to the on. When I turn the blower motor to off the compressor does turn off.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Either you have a short to power, or the defroster is on. When the defroster is on, it uses the AC to help dehumidify the air. Is that a possibility?

You are very welcome. That is a common concern. Most people don't realize the defrost uses the AC to work better.
