Hi again,

I attached the procedure from the manual. It is not extremely detailed so let me know if you need more info. However, it says you just need to take the air cleaner housing and belt. Then the lines and you should be able to remove it.

Let me know if you need more detail and I will see what I can find.

Managed to get it off, belt is no good, how do I remove it out? It's a stupid design, its in closed loop and I don't see anything that I can remove to replace the belt.

I assume you mean the accessory belt? I attached the entire process because I am not sure what all you need.

How can I get the compressor to run until there is enough Freon for it to run on its own? I am charging it now but there is very little in the system for it to run.

You just have to rely on the pressure in the bottle to get enough in there until the pressure switch sees enough to start cycling it. I am assuming you are using one of the recharge kits shown in the link?

Normally you can put enough in with the engine off and then start it and that should have been enough to get the compressor to turn on.

Let me know if this guide doesn't help and we can go from there.

FYI - if this is a new compressor, I would highly recommend using an AC machine because you need to add oil in as well as freon unless the compressor came filled. These recharge kits cannot do that.
