There may be a way to do it easily if they make a bypass pulley for that engine. Without one you will need to do some work to find a belt to fit. The attached shows the OE belt path and the orange is a possible non-ac path. I would start by marking the belt tensioner so that you can use it as a reference. Or if you can maybe use a strap to hold it in position. Then you would need to remove the idler pulley circled and then use the old belt run along the new path and mark where it would need to be made shorter. Then use that mark to determine how much shorter the replacement belt would need to be. When the belt is correct the tensioner mark you made earlier should be in the same place with the new shorter belt.

There is a post on here where guys claim they used a 79-inch belt and it worked. So, I bought the belt I just can’t figure how they did it without the belt rubbing the tensioner.

The only way I could see was if it ran from the bottom of the alternator down to the crank pulley. That should drop it below the tensioner.

Shouldn't be hard to test, just take a straight item and bridge from the alternator to the crankshaft and see if it hits the tensioner.
