Air conditioner blows warm sometimes

My car has dual climate control, the air conditioner blows warm sometimes, and sometimes very cold. The engine is not getting hot and the radiator is full. It is very hard to duplicate. I have ran it hard in one hundred degree temperatures sitting still and works fine. Then my wife can drive to work, then home pouring sweat from not working.
