The blower motor in my vehicle does not always works aka no air comes through the vents on any setting or fan speed (not even high). When it does not work when the car turns on, it usually kicks in after driving for a bit.

I checked all the fuses and nothing has blown. The relays do not appear corroded or melted. When the fan does work, all the speeds work as well so I do not think it is the blower motor resistor. Does this mean it is the blower motor itself? Or does anyone have any other ideas that could be causing this issue? It works 85% of the time and does not work the other 15%.

Hello,

This could be a loose wire or a poor ground connection. I have included a couple of helpful links that should help as well as step by step troubleshooting directions for you in the diagrams below. Hope this helps, and let us know what you find out.
