My truck listed above LT 4 door, won't blow cold air out of the driver's side A/C vents (2). Recalibrated and that lasted 2 weeks. Would appreciate any advice on removing and replacing the A/C door vent actuator. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Typically when the plastic gears inside the actuator breaks it will get stuck in one position.

The blend door actuator can be accessed through under the dash. You will have to remove few trim pieces.

We have a very good video on how to do that on the similar year truck, you might find this helpful:

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
