A/C and heat only blow at face?

A/Cand heat work great the problem is my defrost or any of the other settings don’t work. My A/C and heat only blow out at my face aka the front vents when I twist the knob to change where it blows nothing changes other than that it works great, but it would be nice to have defrost for safety measures.

This happens when the air outlet servo motor goes out, but I would try a system reboot which you can do by following this guide:

Here is the location of the outlet servo motor so you can see what needs to be done to change it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Okay so I did the system reboot, and it did nothing I removed my glove box and looked at the part that's broken and it's not moving for anything I'm assuming I'll have to replace the part when I get a chance but for right now I'm worried about the more important mechanical issues.
