A/C actuator/blend doors?

When first start up the A/C works fine. After a few minutes of driving the air slowly stops blowing through the vents and doesn't blow anywhere. The blower motor is running, and you can hear the air trapped in the dash. All modes work when cycling through them just enough air flows to be able to feel that each mode works (defrost then floor then vents again) but the flow is blocked. When warming up the air to heat mode that works also. I'm at a lost for which actuator is causing this? Possibly fresh air/recirculate actuator? That would be the only actuator that I can't tell if it's operating or not.

I would replace the cabin air filter first which is behind the glove box which I have included images below for. I have also seen the evaporator core ice up and stop blowing, if when you park the truck and you see a large puddle of water under it on the passenger side that can be happening. Please go over this guide to see what I am talking about.

Nothing is blocked and the evap core is not freezing up. I live in south louisiana so theres always a piddle from the ac that is normal for the area. One of the actuators or more than one possibly is blocking the air flow once the vehicle ir unning a few minutes its gradually blocking air flow. All modes cycle and work including the heat/cold settings. Hoping someone may have experienced this and narrowed it down to which actuator/actuators would block all flow off like this.

The mode actuator would be the only thing I can think of that can cause this problem. Here is the location in case you want to swap it out, also you should do a CAN scan to see if any codes are present that could help us as well.
