Hi, My SUV doesn't have any filter under the glove compartment. When I opened looks like the old owner try to find it too because it's all the plastic is broken. All the videos what I can find show's 2 A/C filters. Do I stop looking and try something else? Because the clutch of the A/C compressor engaged only like 5 to 10 minutes and then only air until everything it's cool again. Can you help me please?

Welcome to 2CarPros!

According to a Technical Service Bulletin released by General Motors, cabin air filters(which is what you're looking for behind the glove box) were discontinued during the 2003 model year. This means your vehicle is not supposed to have one installed. Regardless, this filter would have no affect on the operation of your a/c system.

Can you clarify exactly what your A/C system is or is not doing? Is it blowing cool air from the vents?

Thanks.
