The blower motor is not functioning. Check the fuses, relays and the blower motor.
After turning on the blower motor, give the blower motor housing under dash some banging with your hands and if the blower starts up, the blower motor is bad and has to be replaced to rectify.

Would you have an idea of where the fuse for the blower motor would be on this car? It is 2006 Renault Clio |||.

Usually we do but AllData has not giving us access the their Euro product as of yet. Do you have the owner's manual? It will say it in there.
