The compressor is engaging. I have vacuumed the system and filled it. I will include a photo of my current gauge reading at outside temperature of 100. The tubing is not getting cold under the hood like I believe it is supposed to. Using a temperature probe on the 4 vents inside the car. From left to right after cooling on max AC for at least 30 minutes I have a temperature of 75, 74, 64, and 65. Any advice is appreciated. Also, not sure if it's related but there is a temporary whining sound that comes from under the hood for a second while car is running.

I don't see the photo. The vent temperatures are too high which can be caused by a compressor going out. at 100 degrees the high side should be about 260 psi and the low side about 45 PSI.

Please check out this guide which should help:

I have reloaded the photo of the gauges after charging the system with the proper amount of freon. So based on the previous answer. It could be just that the compressor itself is failing. Also, is there any concern with the 2 vents on the left being about 10 degrees higher than the 2 vents on the right side?

Okay and is there any concern about the difference in temperature from the left side of the car to the right side? The temperature out of the vents?

Not at the moment, you may have a blend door actuator that is not working correctly but I would do the compressor first.
