AC constantly switching from recirculating mode to outside air

Changed out the blower fan resistor but did not help. Sometimes when switching the AC light goes off.

It sounds like you have a reticulation mode door actuator that is not working. Here is a guide to help you see what I am talking about with diagrams below to show you the location for your car:

Had someone put gauges on it and it shows the low pressure high and the high pressure didn't move. Would this blend door cause that? He said we have a clog somewhere.

Nice, it sounds like the compressor is not working right. Here is a guide to help you change it out and diagrams below for your car. When the system is apart check out the inside of the tubes and the orifice to make sure they are clean because sometime compressor seals can be spread inside the system in which case a flush will need to be used.
