ABS, stabilitrack, traction control

When I am driving my truck and press on the brakes the service stabilitrak, service traction control and service abs lights come on. The truck occasionally disables these functions. When I hit the brakes my head lights dim. I thought maybe ground issue but used sandpaper to clean off ground and frame where it attaches and still same issue. Lights usually go off when brakes are released and I accelerate. Any help is greatly appreciated
