Code C1155 and C1145 is that a Pacific ABS sensor? How do I find the problem and fix it? Thanks, Kenny

Hello,

This could be a problem with your front wheels (L and R) speed sensor. I have included in the diagrams below the two Direct Trouble Codes (DTC) descriptions, associated wiring diagrams, and directions for removal and installation of the sensors. Since you have a DTC for both the left and right wheels you also might want to take a look at the brake/dynamic stability control module first.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello again,

The DTC'a are for an open or short circuit to battery V+ or a short to ground on the wheel speed sensor. DTC P1145 is for RHS and DTC P1155 is for the LHS. These DTC's are also for the ABS Modules, but the DTC malfunction is again for an open, short circuit to battery V+, or a short circuit to ground on the wheel speed sensor. I have included in the diagrams below Pin Point tests that will track down where the fault is in your vehicle. It is straight forward and simple. The issue may be in the connector or associated wiring to the module, and not in the module itself. They also do not require any special tools to do them. Please go through these pinpoint guides and let us know what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
