I have replaced, new drop brake lines to back wheels, new shoes/wheel cylinders/springs/adjuster/and master cylinder. Pro bled all wheels, no leaks, good pedal. Lights came back on after test drive. Bought new Ford OEM brake repair kit. Cruise control switch SW-6351/replaced/no leaks, reset by unhooking negative cable. No lights, test drove, no lights. Shut van off, set twenty minutes, started, lights came back on. Booster seems to be working. What is going on? Idea's?

Adding: also, I checked front brakes, all new with new calibers. Previous owner bled out with no air.

More than likely you have a bad sensor wire. The wires break inside the insulation or the connectors corrode and the signal drops out. You need a scan tool that can read the ABS codes and watch the actual reported wheel speed from the sensors. Then you just watch the numbers. Say you have a left front, right front and rear speed sensor. While you watch the numbers the right and rear show thirty mph and the speedometer says thirty but the left front shows fifteen mph. You now know where to start looking.
