A/C blower motor not working?

A/C and heater aren't working when I turn it on but as long as it is on and circulating from the outside and I'm driving I have a small amount of airflow. When I stop I have nothing. Before it started this I was experiencing a knocking like sound when I would turn it on, and the pressure of air coming out of the vents would fluctuate even when it was on high.
