After having my A/C changed to 134A refrigerant two days ago and the system being charged, the A/C will not get cold. On the day I picked up the car after having the above work done to it, the A/C was plenty cold. Two days later it is not cold? What can be leaking?

It can be leaking anywhere and will need to be leak checked by a mechanic. There are many o-rings that can leak as well as evaporator or condenser.
