A/C condenser sprung a leak

My A/C condenser sprung a leak today. All the refrigerant has now escaped. I need to replace the condenser. Does someone have any instructions on how to do this job for this car? Anything else I should know or need to replace while performing this job?

Good evening,

You need to replace the condenser and the receiver.dryer. Then the system will need to evacuated and recharged.

I posted the procedure below and the parts needed.

1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
2. Remove the left sheet metal diagonal brace.
3. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
4. Remove the radiator.
5. Loosen the condenser tube nut from the condenser.

6. Disconnect the condenser tube from the condenser.
7. Remove the A/C compressor hose block fitting nut from the condenser.
8. Disconnect the A/C compressor hose from the condenser.

9. Tilt the top of the condenser to the rear of the vehicle and lift up to remove the condenser.
10. Ensure the lower rubber mounts stay in place in the vehicle.
11. Remove the upper rubber mounts from the condenser.

Thanks so much for the detailed procedure for this. This is of tremendous value! Can you tell me where that orifice is located on this vehicle? Is a special tool needed to remove and install it? One other thing, do I need to purchase o-rings and replace them everywhere I make a connection (i.E condenser, accumulator/drier, etc)?

The orfice tube is in the line from the condenser to the evaporator. There is a connection you can open and the valve is right there to be removed.
