A/C blowing power

So my car A/C it does come cold and the heating does work fine but the problem is on the vents, for being more specific the driver vents it does blow air but not as strong as in the passenger side vents. I don't know if there is a filter or some way to clean the vents, because in the passenger side the air blows strong and normal and on the other side on the driver side. It feels like if the A/C blow capacity is on low. Pleas help I'm near Texas border and heat is awful this summer.
