Flexplate torque specifications needed?

I just replaced my flex plate and am looking for the correct torque specifications. The stuff I am finding online is contradictory. I need the Flex plate to crank and the torque converter to flex plate torques. Thank you in advance. 4r70w transmission.

These are the flex to crank in the image with the pattern. The converter nuts have a wide range; I tend to go in the middle so 30 lbft on them.

Thanks Steve. This is where the controversy is. Some information states the torque for the flex plate to crank should be between 75-85 Ft lbs. This is a significant difference from 59 Ft lbs.

That tends to be why I look up the current info on the vehicle. I've seen a lot of wrong info out there. Some is the result of carry over. IE - "The 5.4 in 1985 used this spec so it should apply to my 2025 as well as they are both 5.4" When the newer engine has more bolts and uses a different design thread. Or you get the folks you think "Tighter is always better" My policy with flywheel and flex bolts is to use the middle if a range is specified and use Loctite on all of them if there is no factory thread lock on them.
