4LO and Engine check light blinking

Hello guys ... i have 2008 model landcruiser 200 series and i did not start for 3 weeks hence the battery was drained. After boosting the battery the car started but 4lo and engine check light started blinking. Please assist to solve the problem. Thanks

It sounds like the transfer case actuator when out but to be sure we need to run the codes to see what comes up.

Here is how to change it out and the location of the transfer case actuator in the images below. Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
