I was looking for a fuse I could tap into for my light bar installation. I looked into the interior fuse box and checked for available slot, but could not find ones, then look for ones that come on when ignition is turned on. Could not find one there either. Then I checked the fuse box under the hood which had plenty available slot. I was curious to know what type of fuse I had so I pulled one from the slot. I pulled a 15 amp for a heated mirror. Which I do not have. When I put fuse back in and tried to start truck, I could get a crank but not a start. It worked perfectly when driving the truck outside prior minutes before leaving the garage. What could be the issue?

So to confirm you pulled a fuse and then put it back and now the engine will crank but not start? Can I ask if the security light is flashing while you try to start the engine? You may have triggered the alarm; I would follow this guide to reboot the system:

Please go over this guide and get back to us.

Security light was not flashing just the brake I/r indicator was on each time I reset battery doing 2 of the methods in the article. I get the same crank no start issue. I have checked fuses in interior and exterior boxes did not come across bad fuse. I swapped out fuel, starter, and PCM relays. With other ones with same rating, still same issue. I had wife key on car to listen to fuel pump. Pump can on. I took out one of the coils and did notice I did not see a spark when I ground test light to negative battery then put probe inside metal in coil boot like in video. Based on article if it's a computer issue, I may have to let it sit overnight, which is the third method.

It is possible you put the fuse back in the wrong slot?

At the time, I had to get back to work, your reply came afterwards. I had the vehicle towed to a Ford dealer. I Told them situation. They found I had misplaced fuse 99 for ignition coils in slot 98. That had fixed the problem. That simply solution cost me $179. The weird thing though I took picture of fuses before and after and did not notice any difference. So, I must not if had fuse or fuses seated right. Which I wish they just would of said that way. Thanks.
