Intermittently acts like it wants to stall while braking

Occasionally acts like it wants to stall while braking when it's almost at a complete stop. This happens occasionally, not every time. RPMs drops for a second or two starts to sputter then it goes back to normal. No OBD codes. It only happens while braking.

Hi,

After this happens, does the engine idle smoothly? I ask because my first thought is an engine vacuum leak. Have you checked for any?

Let me know what you find. Also, let me know if when this happens the engine keeps pulling the vehicle as if it isn't releasing from the transmission.
