I was told by mechanic to service the throttle body he wanted $270.00 I can do them for less cash with your help.

Hello,

The throttle body / throttle actuator can be easily removed and serviced.
To remove the throttle actuator, you will first have to remove the air intake tubing, disconnecting any sensor on the tubing like the mass air flow sensor.
