Once I reach approximately 35-40mph, there is a very loud, high pitched "whistling wind" sound coming from what appears to be the center air vent. The "whistling wind" sound gets louder the faster I go. I've turned off the air completely and the noise does not change. Spark plugs, oil and air filter have all just been changed in the last week.

This could be the HVAC system fresh air door, or it could be a small crack in the windshield seal. So, we need to start with this guide which talks about this exact issue:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-whistling-noise

Once we know about this info, we can take next steps but if this is a window, door jam, or windshield, you can tape it off with masking tape until the noise is gone. Plus, you can tape off the cowl to see if the noise gets quieter and then start removing this tape one piece at a time until the noise comes back.

This will tell us where the air is coming in and we can go from there on a possible repair.

Please let us know what you find with this, and we can go from there.

Thanks
