Turn Signal Light
TURN SIGNALS BLINK A DIFFERENT RATES
2011 Nissan Rogue
The left turn signal flashes at the "normal" rate. The right signal flashes at a much faster rate. Both signals do light up. The rate fo flashing is just much different.

Ensure all exteranl bulbs are working correctly. If you had recently replaced any turn signal bulbs, ensure they are of the correct rating.

I checked further. The emergency flashers blink at the same "normal" rate except the rt rear does not light up. Also when the right signal is activated the rear rt light doesn't blink

When one bulb is not working correctly, the speed of the flasher would be affected. Check the bulb and replace if necessary.

The problem was a disconnected plug in light assembly. Thanks, dew1938
