Turn signals blink a different rates

The left turn signal flashes at the "normal" rate. The right signal flashes at a much faster rate. Both signals do light up. The rate fo flashing is just much different.

When this happens it is a resistance issue even though the bulbs are working I would replace both bulbs on the right side with new ones as well as checking for corrosion in the bulb socket.

I checked further. The emergency flashers blink at the same "normal" rate except the rt rear does not light up. Also when the right signal is activated the rear rt light doesn't blink

When one bulb is not working correctly, the speed of the flasher would be affected. Check the bulb and replace if necessary.

The problem was the BCM I replaced it with a used one now all fixed! Thanks for the diagrams they really helped.
