Water is dripping a good amount from one of the exhaust pipes in rear of car. Car is missing and almost quiting when in idle.

Naturally its normal for some water to drip from your tail pipe, but if your having a problem with it running I would try filling the thank with fuel and adding an additive to remove water from the tank. If you don't fill your tank very often its possible that water has condensed enough to the point that there a substantial amount of water in your fuel. Take a look at your coolant too and be sure its not getting very low ( this very unlikely with your low miles but I want to make sure there inst a leak in your cooling system allowing water into the combustion chamber)
