The brake pedal travels almost to the floor

The brake pedal travels almost to the floor. The garage has changed the master cylinder and bled the brakes but this has failed to resolve the problem. What can be wrong?

Hello,

Its sounds like the car has ABS which needs to be bleed using a scanner to open the valve to get the air out. Checkout this guide and get back to me.
