2009 Chrysler Town and Country tiptronic doesn't work

I have an automatic transmission with a tiptronic override for lower gears. When we originally bought the car, it worked fine. But recently when I tried to use it, I received no response from it. I tried unhooking the battery to see if it would reset but that did not work. Any other suggestions? I looked for a possible fuse but could not seem to find one for it.

Thanks,

A scanning tool connected to the OBDII port and adjusted for transmission data would be my first step and it might help guide the repair process, I always like to get as much data as I can in order to make a good repair.
