Misfire on 1 and 3

Check and test the cam and crankshaft sensor-also injector 1/3

You need to replace #1 and #3 injector (Personally I would replace all four because you must remove the intake manifold in order to do this job.)

Also, once you remove the intake manifold you must to a carbon clean on the intake valves, these are both causing the vehicle to mis-fire, if the ignition coils and spark plugs tested fine.
