Code p0172 fuel too rich blank 1, I have change oxizen censor, air flow censor, engine oil seal, plugs, mobile still the code is there, please help me.

I would look more towards a fuel injector leaking. It is a rich condition that could also be caused by a dirty air filer.

Look at the basics first as your guesses have cost a lot with no results.
