Massive loss of oil after oil change

Took it in for an oil change had a small leak has 211,000 mileson it. Valve cover needed new gasket.I knewe that. After the oil change I went through 7 quarts of oil and 1 can of stop leak in 4 days. Its pouring out of the timing cover. Oil change place said there is nothing they could have done to cause this leak. But I didn't have a massive one before.

If they replaced the VC gasket they may not have set it down on the front seal properly, or maybe that needs replaced as well. You didn't mention the engine size, but lots of yotas have overhead cams that require seals on the ends of the V cover, right above the Timing belt.
