Clock and Navigation went blank after disconnecting the battery

I found information on a fix but cannot find the file.. I have the NAV with BOSE 6 DVD player..
the file in looking for is... loading.kwi this is the link for the GM bulletin

Hello, I'm Danny.

From what I read the clock will have to be reset by using a proper scan tool. The bulletin you read and a diagnostic guide I found said the same thing that there is no manual way to set the clock. I've attached the way to reset below using a scan tool. Hope this helps and keep us updated. Thanks for using 2CarPros.

My Clock now gives proper date as well as time added EST as well that was missing.. My Car had Feb 25 01 since Dec 2018.. after updating turning off and back on.. my NAV now reads proper time and I get far more Sat Dishes as well I was only getting 3.. now getting 10
Get this file before its gone
I was able to use the GPS button after restarting the NAV Radio
