Remove the radiator and get it core cleaned, and check for a head gasket fault

Plugged radiator internally, radiator plugged with butterfly collection, thermostat missing so hot coolant doesn't stay in the radiator long enough to give up its heat, too much antifreeze and not enough water in the coolant, radiator fan not turning on, leaking cylinder head gasket, ...

It all depends on the degree of overheating, when it occurs, at what speeds it occurs, etc. You didn't include any clues or observations. Did this start happening suddenly?
