dvd player not working

How do we fix our dvd player in our van because our battery died and we had to get a new battery but now our dvd player isnt working so whats the best way to fix it?

Hello,

I would check the fuses first and if okay the player has probably gone bad here is a guide top help you check the fuses and the fuse locations with instructions in the diagrams below to change out the DVD player.
