2007 Toyota Other car wont start

My Innova car model 2007 E version there is strange problem. If we disconnect battery connection and again connect to battery it wont start. Why this problem happens. Once it starts it will ok. Again we disconnect the battery connection and again connect it wont start.

So, why are ypou disconnecting the battery. The computer system has learned adaptives that get erased every time you do that and has to relearn all over again. You shouldn't be doing that.
