No Sir it broke of at the say top of the boot, there is still some of the boot that we can get a pair of vice grips on but all we can do is turn it around and around, it will not come out. Is there a email address that I can get so that I can email you from my email address. This way I would be able to send you the address of the video I am guessing this is the only way it will work since my son in law sent it to me in a email. Please we really need your help, and trying to explain it, well its really hard to explain you would have to see it to believe it.

Thank Yoyu

Ok we finally got the rest of the boot off after all of this. Now, we have another problem since this got us off of changing the wires and plugs we have forgotten the firing order, can you please tell us the firing order that is needed to replace the wires and plugs. Oh and it is a 2008 not 2007 sorry.
If we find that we are running in the same problem after we change the wires and plugs which was the number 4 cylinder was misfiring, what else should we do to fix the problem.

Thanks again

I know I am not given you enough time to answer, but we have found the firing order for the car and have replaced the spark plugs and wires. But it is doing the same thing that it was before. The number 4 cylinder is misfiring. Ok we have changed the spark plugs and wires and that did not fix it, so what is next someone suggested that we change the ign. Coil. I would rather wait and see what you suggest cause you have always been right on the money with what you tell me, and with my son in law having cancer we can't keep spending money on things that aren't working. Please what should we do now to fix this.

Have you checked for spark on cyl. #4? Is it a dead miss or sporadic? Firing order 1-3-4-2 #1 front engine right? Did problem just show up? Check engine light on?
