ignition relay probs

My ignition relay is buzzing. I replaced it and the new one is doing the same thing????? Help please 2006 Suzuki forenza 2.0

You need to check the ignition relay circuit for short to ground or the components it powers-

Thanks but I checked that first. I can not figure out what the prob is the car wont start and I can't shift the car from park with the power off or on????
