Transmission fluid change front and back

My V6 AWD auotmatic has a Rear Drive Module. Is a flush recommended for both the transmission and the RDM? I would like to do it myself and would like to know why I need to do a flush as opposed to just doing my fluid replacement more frequently?

No noises no shifting problems. The manual calls for a change at 100k unless i'm doing hilly driving. I'm kind of in between.

I would change the transmission fluid every 50,000 miles not flush it.I would also change the rdm every 50,000 miles as well no need to flush that unless the fluid is milky which would mean there was water in the fluid.
